When we walked into the store there were people present getting food brought out to tables but we were told that they were only doing takeaway meals now. Not impressed.
We then persisted and got takeaway however the girl serving us had a non positive customer service attitude. We felt like she was doing us a favor by being present behind the counter taking our order.
We then got our food and came home only to find that our order was wrong. Not impressed by their service at all.
I would have given them a 0 Star review had the food we got was not tasty.
Overall not happy with service.
By the way have you ever heard of a Thai Restaurant doing a Pad Ki Mao without Noodles?? Well this oddity does it. Useless. - Matthew Rowlands25.01.2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Amazing experience! From the welcome at the front counter till the moment we left. Food was top notch, flavoursome and fresh. No doubt a must do whilst in Shoal Bay.
